RE: It's Not Hard To See - Football, Life and Manchester United.

Sounds as though there is no discipline along with pride. This happens when players think they are better than they actually are and need to be taught a few lessons. I don't doubt the skill of certain players but they also need to grow up and accept responsibility. I hope the new coach comes in and clear out a majority of the team as they have proven they are not players playing for a team. They should be paid according to results like a performance salary and then they would wake up quickly.

I absolutely support this. Let them be paid according to results. They are decent bunch of players but they are not waking up at all. They just act the way they like and leverage on the fact that they are bounded by contract. Their hearts and heads are in different places. Very unserious bunch.

I hope he clears a lot of them too. I read, according to report that he hesitated before signing because he wanted certain things to be in place. For him to give the okay to come and join United, it must be on his own terms. I hope he is tougher and firmer and not afraid to make the hard calls.
