Don't quit, if you can attach weight with some chains or sand weights that would be excellent. You will see better results and get more motivated.

I will take your advice into account and start again, I was inactive for only a week and a half, but I will start again on Monday. Before I also did the 100 push up challenge for 1 month and I could see a little change in my breasts and arms, then I tried it again but for 4 months and it was better, everything is possible as long as there is a big effort behind it.
