I rember talking about Pogba with my coach about 5 years ago. I was so convinved that he is the next super star of this generation. It looked like he had everything: Hight, power, technique. But my coach said to me very similar things that you mentioned. I really thing he has a mental problem like many young players in this generation do :/

That's where the importance of good academies is as there is where you learn how to be a professional you just know professionalism was instilled in someone like De Jong as you see playing different parts of the center midfield and genuinely trying even at centre back. Pogba decided not to have that.
