As things seems now, no player want to play wholeheartedly if there's no enough money attached to it. Even UEFA and FIFA are after money, talk more of footballers, if Manchester United don't want to spend money, maybe the type of coach they need is Mikel Arteta that can manage young players and gradually, Arsenal is getting better, better than last season.
Manchester United would have to entice players with money so as to come sonce they won't play Champions League.
The issue isn't that they don't want to spend, they are just unserious with their targets and the project isn't looking attractive to other quality players. They need to scout players that are ready to play for pride and glory.
