Basic Exercises Are The Same, Goals Are Different

Kids are happy to play, run, and have fun with their friends. As an adult, you know how important it is for kids to play and get their bodies moving to grow.

Kids don't know whether they should do exercise or not, or the benefits of doing exercise. Their goal is to have fun and play with their friends. They love it, that's why they do it.

You do exercises, maybe doing exercise is not your goal. You want to achieve something else and in order to do that, you have to begin with basic exercises. When people want to learn martial arts, their goals are not to learn how to do exercise or do exercises.

In order to start your martial art training, you have to start doing exercise. Your body is not ready to learn different martial art moves. You have to prepare yourself first and then you start learning martial art moves.

You're no a runner, running a marathon is not your goal. But you run to increase your stamina and stay fit. You do different workouts to increase your stamina because it is very important to have stamina as a martial artist. Otherwise, you will get out of breath and cannot keep fighting.

If you do any sports, again you do the basic exercises. You want to be a cricketer, a football player or a baseball player or anything. You have to be fit and stay healthy. Although doing exercise is not your goal, you do exercise to achieve your goals.

You want to be a bodybuilder, so you go to the gym and workout. You use different exercise equipment and go ahead step by step to make your dreams come true. If your goal is to just stay healthy, lose weight, and get in shape, you cannot avoid exercise.

You do the same exercises or find similarities in basic exercises, no matter what your goals are. You do it in this way, and other people do that in a little different way. Basically, you are doing the same thing. Then you focus on the specific thing that you want to achieve. You focus on cricket, football, baseball, martial art,s or any specific sports.
