Guardiola is a great coach and I really do admire him a lot. He did a great job when he won the English Premier League back to back. Sadly, his boys aren't performing very well recently and maybe it's time, he buys new players especially in his backline.

That's the issue. He wouldn't buy proven names in the back. And he left his players without a character with the exception of De Bruyne maybe.
