Aguerooooo! My goodness that moment is one of my all-time favourite moments in football/soccer. Fun fact, a speech and language therapist actually studied the commentary and determined the correct spelling is 'Aguerooooo'.
‘To spell the word with multiple ‘R’s’, would indicate that Tyler has developed a continental rolling of the tongue. Extra U’s and E’s would also be inaccurate.
‘Extending these vowels would result in a longer sound before the R, which cannot be heard in the clip. To be even more technical, no additional G’s should be used as that would soften Tyler’s initial A – resulting in him sounding scared rather than excited!’
