Es un placer estar de nuevo con ustedes en esta oportunidad nos encontramos con un vehículo Chevrolet epica que el dueño lo llevo al taller por una fuga de aceite y a al mismo se le hizo la revisión para ver de dónde provenía está fuga de fluido y nos percatamos que la misma salía del motor y la caja, es importante resaltar que esto suele suceder y es muy posible debido, que en esta parte queda la estoperas de la parte trasera del cigüeñal.
It is a pleasure to be back with you this time we found a Chevrolet Epica vehicle that the owner took it to the workshop for an oil leak and the same was made the review to see where it came from this fluid leak and we noticed that it came out of the engine and the box, it is important to note that this usually happens and it is very possible because in this part is the stoppers of the rear of the crankshaft.
De esta manera procedemos a desvestir las partes necesarias para resolver esta situación ya que estás fugas de aceite son muy perjudiciales para las partes blandas del mismo.
In this way we proceed to undress the necessary parts to solve this situation since these oil leaks are very harmful to the soft parts of the same.
Para retirar está estoperas no es tan fácil su procedimiento, el mismo tiene sus complicaciones debido a que para este reemplazo de estopeta hay quitar que la transmisión automática porque está se encuentra en el medio de las Dos piezas del motor y trasmisión por ende se hace más fácil desmontarla automáticamente.
The procedure for the removal of this gasket is not so easy, it has its complications because for this gasket replacement the automatic transmission has to be removed because it is located in the middle of the two parts of the engine and transmission and therefore it is easier to disassemble it automatically.
Para sacar la trasmisión tenemos que apartar los neumáticos, mordazas, tacos de freno. Mozos, Tripoides y crucetas y las mangueras de enfriamientos de la misma pudiendo así tener acceso a los diez tornillos que la sujetan al bloque del motor ya teniendo despejado todo estas partes, iniciamos por sacar el motor de arranque para entonces poder tener acceso a los tornillos de la turbina quedando solo los soportes para ser retirados.
To remove the transmission we have to put aside the tires, clamps, brake blocks. The transmission, the brake calipers, tripoids and crossheads and the cooling hoses must be removed in order to have access to the ten screws that hold it to the engine block. Once all these parts have been removed, we start by removing the starter motor and then we can have access to the turbine screws, leaving only the supports to be removed.
Una vez con la transmisión desmontada tenemos el espacio libre para quitarle la cremallera y de esta manera si tenemos a la vista las estoperas, de esa manera se retiró la vieja, se limpió el área y se reemplazó finalmente colocando la nueva.
Once the transmission is disassembled we have the free space to remove the zipper and in this way we can see the glands, so the old one was removed, the area was cleaned and finally replaced with the new one.
Aprovechando que tenemos la transmisión afuera se le colocaron también las estoperas, se le realizó el mantenimiento correspondiente y se le colocó el filtro nuevo.

A este vehículo se le reemplazaron todos los fluidos necesarios por solicitud del propietario por seguridad ya que el mismo no tiene mucho tiempo con ese carro y no tiene idea de que tiempo tienen estos fluidos sin cambios.

Teniendo todas las partes nuevas en su puesto no queda más que armar la cremallera y colocar la transmisión en su lugar y así empezar a vestir los accesorios para colocar las piezas antes mencionadas que se tuvieron que sacar para este trabajo.

Estos trabajos son muy necesario e importante no por lo costoso del aceite si no que hay que estar agregando aceite al motor y ocasionan daños leves al tren delantero y hasta puede llegar al tren trasero cuando las fugas son muy severas y el fluido alcanza llegar hasta allá ya que este en consecuencia afloja las gomas y se dañan las mesetas y bujes.
These works are very necessary and important not because of the cost of the oil but because it is necessary to be adding oil to the engine and cause slight damage to the front axle and can even reach the rear axle when the leaks are very severe and the fluid reaches there because this consequently loosens the tires and damages the plateaus and bushings.
Teniendo todas estas piezas colocadas en su lugar ya podemos echar el aceite y encender el motor para verificar su estado y las fugas de fluidos.
Having all these parts in place we can now pour the oil and start the engine to check its condition and fluid leaks.
En este caso se observó en el filtro de aceite partículas de metal como lo podrán visualizar en las imágenes por esto se cambió y se recomendó el reemplazo del aceite.
In this case, metal particles were observed in the oil filter as you can see in the pictures, so it was changed and oil replacement was recommended.
