Es grato reencontrarme con todos ustedes de nuevo en estas plataforma tan importante para todo nosotros como lo es have, es la manera más fácil de contarles de mis espacios laborales y comunicarnos con todos ustedes para poder compartir esas experiencias de nuestro día a día
En esta ocasión les hablaré de un motor marca Hyundai Atos él mismo es un vehículo económico en el uso de combustible por lo pequeño de su forma y está muy bien distribuido en potencia y peso de muy buen andar a pesar de ser un auto muy compacto.
Este vehículo nos Llego al taller con problemas y con una falla al momento de encender demoraba más de lo normal para su arranque y al momento de hacerlo, expulsa mucho humo por el caño de escape por esto su dueño hasta por prevención lo trajo remolcado y nos informó que esté tenía poco tiempo de haber salido de unas reparaciones les habían reconstruido el motor
Se le realizaron varias revisiones llegando al diagnóstico que le habían colocado los repuestos de mala calidad ya que era muy pronto para que presentarán estás fallas y menos que se dañaran lógicamente no tiene razón de ser que un motor recién reparado se deteriore tan rápido al punto de sacar tanto humo por el escapé; en otras palabras su propietario decidió dejar el vehículo en nuestras manos por tal razón decidimos sacar el motor para ver cuál era el resultado de este diagnóstico.
Se procede a desvestir todos los componentes y sacarle todas las partes necesarias del motor llegando así hasta poder desconectar el bloque del mismo a la transmisión de velocidades logrando así encontrar lo que ocasiona todo este desperfecto en el vehículo.
Después de desarmar todas sus partes podemos notar que en la reparación anterior al motor no le hicieron buena limpieza y está situación ocasiona que mucha suciedad se dirija a los ductos que bajan por el aceite hasta el carter quedándose el fluido en la cámara y está provoca un goteo por las válvulas y está a su vez permite que caiga un exceso de aceite y baje por las válvulas debido a la gran cantidad que se represa en la cámara.
De esta manera se limpiaron todos los ductos de descarga del aceite hacia el Carter y por seguridad se le se colocaron muchas partes nuevas como concha de biela, bancada, anillos y por supuesto las empacaduras de la culata o cámara también se pudo notar que los orificios de la empacadura de la cámara eran más reducido de lo normal .
Con todos los repuestos se continúa con el proceso de solucionar las fallas existente y se procede a armar y vestir todos las partes del motor que fueron removido para poder hacer estás reparación se colocó el motor de arranque, alternador, cuerpo de admision de escape, sistema de enfriamiento y de esta manera ponemos el motor en marcha para que de esta manera poder determinar que todo está en perfecto estado.
Cabe destacar que este tipo de reparaciones son muy delicadas por ende hay que tener mucha delicadeza y cuidado al momento de armar y un detalle muy importante y no puede pasar por algo es la limpieza ya que es indispensable al momento de armar un motor por estos detalles que traen consecuencias con el tiempo la dedicación de este tipo de trabajo.

This time I will talk about a Hyundai Atos brand engine, it is an economical vehicle in the use of fuel because of its small size and is very well distributed in power and weight of very good performance despite being a very compact car.
This vehicle arrived at the workshop with problems and with a fault at the time of starting it took longer than normal to start and when doing so, it expelled a lot of smoke from the exhaust pipe for this reason its owner even brought it towed for prevention and informed us that it had little time to have left some repairs they had rebuilt the engine.
Several revisions were made reaching the diagnosis that they had placed the spare parts of poor quality as it was too early to present these failures and less to be damaged logically has no reason to be that a newly repaired engine deteriorates so quickly to the point of getting so much smoke from the exhaust; in other words the owner decided to leave the vehicle in our hands for that reason we decided to remove the engine to see what was the result of this diagnosis.
We proceeded to undress all the components and remove all the necessary parts of the engine and we were able to disconnect the block of the engine to the transmission, thus finding what caused all this damage to the vehicle.
After disassembling all its parts we can notice that in the previous repair the engine was not properly cleaned and this situation causes a lot of dirt to be directed to the ducts that go down the oil to the crankcase, leaving the fluid in the chamber and this causes a drip through the valves and this in turn allows an excess of oil to fall and go down the valves due to the large amount that is dammed in the chamber.
In this way all the oil discharge ducts to the Carter were cleaned and for safety many new parts were placed such as connecting rod shell, bedplate, rings and of course the gaskets of the cylinder head or chamber also it could be noted that the holes in the gasket of the chamber were smaller than normal.
With all the spare parts we continue with the process of solving the existing faults and we proceed to assemble and dress all the parts of the engine that were removed to be able to make this repair we placed the starter motor, alternator, exhaust intake body, cooling system and in this way we put the engine running so that in this way we can determine that everything is in perfect condition.
It should be noted that this type of repairs are very delicate so you have to be very delicate and careful when assembling and a very important detail and can not pass by something is the cleaning and it is essential when assembling an engine for these details that bring consequences over time the dedication of this type of work.
