El día de hoy nos volvemos a encontrar por este prestigioso medio que nos permite relatar nuestras vivencias y experiencias que forman parte de nuestros días y es un honor compartirlas con mis amigos lectores que han hecho de esto un vínculo de comunicación entre ambos.
El tema del cual les hablaré es sobre la reparación de un Chevrolet Optra 1.8, un amigo que es dueño de uno de estos vehículos les hace su mantenimiento habitualmente pero a pesar de esto en esta oportunidad saltó la banda de tiempo perdiendo está la sincronización y hasta pudo a llegar a doblar válvulas.
De esta manera se procede a desvestir los accesorios que nos permite tener acceso a la cámara solo logrando sacar está a través de la misma podemos observar de dónde proviene la falla de esta avería, por qué saltó la banda de tiempo además se puede precisar que todos los repuestos son nuevos y están en buen estado .
Luego se desvistieron todas las mangueras de enfriamientos y de aire, las líneas de combustibles se sacó la tapa de válvulas, el cuerpo de admisión y de escape, se retiraron todos los componentes que hacen falta para poder tener acceso a desconectar la cámara del bloque del motor.
Una vez solucionado los detalles antes mencionado se sacaron diez tornillos que la sujeta y ya con esta afuera, se puede diagnosticar que la misma tiene ocho válvulas dobladas y que el desperfecto vino de la banda de tiempo que es de muy mala calidad permitiendo que está se estirara y que permitiera que esté pierda la sincronización del motor esto es muy frecuente en este tipo de motores de Optra ya que existen muchas imitaciones.
Este motor de este vehículo presenta este problema que no va muy bien con los repuestos de baja calidad él por lo general los dueños tienen que estar muy pendiente del mantenimiento de la banda de tiempo muy pocas personas saben diferenciar entre estás imitaciones y la original ya que son muy parecidas.
Se envió la cámara a una rectificadora para que le realizarán el mantenimiento respectivo y en general les cambiaron las guías de válvulas, las gomas y las asentaron teniendo estás en excelente condiciones se procede a colocarla en su lugar y empezar con la vestida del motor; este tipo de cámaras lleva un torque específico de 70 libras .
Después de realizar los pasos necesarios y tener todo en su lugar se le colocó las poleas, la banda de tiempo nueva y sincronizada se continuó con los escapes y el cuerpo de admision y otros accesorios como línea de combustible, las mangueras de enfriamientos y las de aire dejando de ultimo la tapa de válvulas para calibrar los taquetes teniendo estos calibrado se coloca el tapa válvulas y ponemos en marcha el motor.
Como recomendación es importante tener en consideración que siempre es muy útil al final de todo el procedimiento colocar el escaneo al vehículo para determinar códigos o pequeñas fallas que se encuentren en el sistema y así poder garantizar que este se encuentre a tono, como último paso solo queda salir a probar que se encuentre en perfecta condiciones, como decimos acá salir al ruedo.

After performing the necessary steps and having everything in place we put the pulleys, the new and synchronized timing belt, we continued with the exhaust and intake body and other accessories such as fuel line, the cooling and air hoses, leaving the valve cover to calibrate the valve tappets, having these calibrated, we put the valve cover and start the engine.
As a recommendation it is important to take into consideration that it is always very useful at the end of the whole procedure to place the scan to the vehicle to determine codes or small faults that are found in the system and thus to ensure that this is in tune, as a last step is only to go out to prove that it is in perfect condition, as we say here go out to the arena.
