En esta oportunidad le hablaré de la reparación del tren delantero de un mitsubishi fm, este vehículo por ser un carro compacto, no tiene en su estructura un chasis, los mismos tienen en su distribución la denominada cajuela que a diferencia del chasis que era a lo largo del vehículo, está solo alcanza la parte delantera del auto.
In this opportunity I will talk about the repair of the front end of a mitsubishi fm, this vehicle for being a compact car, does not have in its structure a chassis, they have in its distribution the so-called trunk that unlike the chassis that was along the vehicle, is only reaches the front of the car.
Este modelo solo posee mesetas en el extremo inferior y se encuentran en dos partes, debido a que en la superior va sujetado al mozo y él mismo va a la base o un extremo del amortiguador, estos dos componentes son muy necesarios en la amortiguación de los vehículos, debido a que son el punto central para que el automóvil mantenga la estabilidad al conducirlo, no menos importante serían el resto de las piezas.
This model only has plateaus at the lower end and they are in two parts, because in the upper part it is attached to the mozo and it itself goes to the base or one end of the shock absorber, these two components are very necessary in the damping of vehicles, because they are the central point for the car to maintain stability when driving it, no less important would be the rest of the pieces.
Inicie el proceso, desarmando el tren delantero para corroborar su estado, debido a que el mismo desgastaba los neumáticos hacia los bordes, se mandaba a alinear y seguía con el problema por eso se tomó la decisión de desvestir todos los componentes del tren delantero.
I started the process, disassembling the front axle to check its condition, because it was wearing the tires towards the edges, it was sent to align and still had the problem, so the decision was made to undress all the components of the front axle.
Una vez teniendo todas las piezas afuera del vehículo se pudo observar que las mesetas inferiores y los bujes se encontraban en estado de deterioro y que no se podía apreciar con la pieza en su lugar debido al tipo de meseta que no es la usual y la posición del vehículo tampoco permite diagnosticar el estado en el cual se encontraba.
Once all the parts were out of the vehicle, it was observed that the lower plateaus and bushings were in a state of deterioration and that it could not be seen with the part in place due to the type of plateau which is not the usual one and the position of the vehicle does not allow to diagnose the state in which it was.
A esté tipo de mesetas hay que cambiarlas, ya que toda la pieza es un conjunto y el muñoz o rotula viene incorporado en la misma y también se debe de reemplazar la otra parte de la meseta o una segunda meseta ya que está viene en dos partes.
This type of plateau has to be replaced, since the whole piece is a set and the nut or label is incorporated in it and the other part of the plateau or a second plateau must also be replaced since it comes in two parts.
Se colocó o sustituyeron los terminales ya que esté tipo de piezas que tienen rótulas o movimientos no pueden tener ningún tipo de juego axial, si notamos que estás partes se encuentran algo floja en sus actividad, esto quiere decir que están dañadas y por ende lo antes expuesto.
The terminals were placed or replaced since this type of parts that have ball joints or movements cannot have any type of axial play, if we notice that these parts are somewhat loose in their activity, this means that they are damaged and therefore the above mentioned.
Luego de reemplazar todas las piezas se procede a ensamblar todos los componentes que se debieron sacar para esta reparación, como las monturas de las mesetas, mozos, caliper de freno, pastillas de freno, mordaza, amortiguador y neumáticos; una vez culminado con el paso a paso el vehículo estará terminado y solo faltaría alinealo para probar cómo se conduce, debido a que en otras oportunidades estos quedan tienden a irse a unos de los lados.
After replacing all the parts, we proceed to assemble all the components that had to be removed for this repair, such as the mounts of the plateaus, hubs, brake calipers, brake pads, calipers, caliper, shock absorber and tires; once completed with the step by step the vehicle will be finished and only need to align it to test how it drives, because in other opportunities these are left tend to go to one of the sides.
Este tipo de fallas de deterioró de los bujes o gomas en los vehículos, muchas veces proviene en fugas de aceites del mismo carro y al caerle a las partes que tienen gomas las afloja y al paso del tiempo empiezan dañarse, muchos propietarios de vehículos no toman en cuenta las pequeñas fugas de aceites por ver solo una gota, pero este lubricante perjudica las partes flexibles como las gomas entre otras.
This type of failure of deterioration of the bushings or tires in vehicles, often comes in oil leaks from the same car and when falling to the parts that have rubber loosens them and over time begin to be damaged, many vehicle owners do not take into account the small oil leaks to see only a drop, but this lubricant damages the flexible parts such as rubber among others.
Es muy importante tener el vehículo en buenas condiciones, por este tipo de fallas, hay que hacer mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y a su vez realizar revisiones periódicamente, porque así es que se puede corregir las pequeñas fallas y de esa manera podemos ahorrar tiempo y dinero, con la finalidad de evitar consecuencias en el tren delantero ya que es uno de los sistemas que más rápido observamos los problemas, debido a que siempre vamos pendiente del volante al conducir.
It is very important to have the vehicle in good condition, because of this type of failures, it is necessary to do preventive and corrective maintenance, and at the same time to make periodical revisions, because in this way it is possible to correct small failures and in this way we can save time and money, with the purpose of avoiding consequences in the front axle, since it is one of the systems that we observe the problems faster, due to the fact that we are always watching the steering wheel when driving.

No me gusta reconstruir bujes porque después el carro vibra mucho pero bueno a veces toca lo que si se es que ese carro es una pesadilla con los muñones cuando les provoca cruzas y te tiran la rueda al suelo
Buenos días amigo si son muy difíciles conseguirle repuesto a este vehículo y es por esta situación hay que tomar estás decisiones muchas gracias por leerlo
tremendo carro solo puedo decir esto me lo han prestado para dar como quien dice un paceo y es comodo de verdad, la situcion en las calles de venezuela no perdonan ningun tren delantero
