Saludos amigos de Hive Motors como están todos, por aquí traigo una recopilación de la historia que llevo montando del trabajo que se esta haciendo para la reparación de mi camioneta Terios Cool y aquí quiero compartir esto.
Buscar los repuestos no fue cosa fácil ya que se tuvo que viajar por el estado Aragua en específico centro de Cagua y Maracay ya que en Villa de Cura de donde soy no se consiguen muchos repuestos y aparte de los costos más elevados, por ello acudí a la recomendación de mi mecánico y decidí dirigirme a los sitios que me recomendó, ya que en el caso de Maracay esta la Avenida los cedros la cual es solo ventas de repuestos de todas las marcas y modelos fue donde conseguí la mayoría de repuestos así que para quienes no conozcan la zona se las recomiendo y aprovechando la zona aprovechar y dirigirme a la Rectificadora.
Actualmente después de ir a la rectificadora Tecni Motor´s C.A. la cual fue la recomendación de mi mecánico Rony Olivo ya que tiene años trabajando con ello, están ubicados en el intercomunal sector 19 de abril Turmero Maracay, ellos revisan y te asesoran para que entiendas que es lo mejor en cuanto al trabajo de cámaras y bloques, en este caso me hicieron la revisión del bloque y la cámara lo cual termino en realizar el trabajo completo de la cámara cambio de válvula, calibrado, cambio de gomas de válvula, asentado y rectificado, ya por el lado del bloque correspondió llevar la rectificada del motor a 0.40 o 1.00 MM para evitar que de llevarlo de 0.20 a 0.30 quedara algún cilindro ovalado todo esto dicho por recomendación de la rectificadora y no salir a comprar los pistones a 0.30, este trabajo manteniendo el motor con todos sus servicios al día debería durar de entre 7 a 8 años usando su buen aceite 15w40.
Ahora pasando por la parte de los repuestos lo principal era buscar los pistones a la medida 0.40 ya que estos hay que dejarlos en la rectificadora los cuales conseguí en presentación Toyota ellos vienen sin anillos, los anillos que compre son presentación TP de igual a medida 0.40, el kit de empacadura fue comprado presentación Toyota la cual entre sus partes trae la empacadura del Tapa Camarin, empacadura de bloque y cámara, set de estoperas y orrines, gomas de válvulas entre otras, para el caso de la cámara toco remplazar 2 tornillos de la camas que estaban dañados aparentemente de alguna otra reparación antes de ser mi vehiculo, las bases de motor ya que se ameritaba su remplazo, se compro las conchas de biela de marca PC Pistons, las conchas de bancada comprada en marca NDC, el kit de tiempo se remplazara por uno marca CIC Auto Parts, el cambio de aceite 4 embaces de 946ML 15w40 marca FC con filtro de aceite MHW, y como decidí remplazar la caja por una que tenia guardada se compro el cambio de aceite para su mantenimiento 3 embaces de 950ML Marca Wolver 80w90, todo esto para poder cumplir con el servicio completo del motor de la Terios Cool 2004, cabe destacar que la bomba de aceite no se cambiara ya que esta buena y no tiene mas de 1 año que se compró para este servicio.

Todos estos repuestos y aceite se harán llegar al taller de mi amigo en Multiservicio VA 2017 C.A. el cual esta en Villa de Cura estado Aragua, para que al terminar la rectificadora con sus servicios y entregarme la cámara y bloque, puedan proceder al ensamblaje del motor y al final corregir cualquier novedad que quede pendiente del vehículo.
Unos extras de los servicios que hay que realizarle al vehiculo será baquetear el radiador para cuando se arme el motor cambiar el agua por Refrigerante para asi cuidar la vida de la bomba de agua y el tema de temperatura estar controlada, se aprovechara ahora de cambiar el kit de guayas de la caja de cambios, ya que en otra oportunidad se habían dañado y al ser difícil de conseguir se repararon por tema de tiempo, ahora se remplazaran por las originales que fueron ubicadas con tiempo.

Searching for spare parts was not an easy thing since it had to travel through the state of Aragua in specific center of Cagua and Maracay as in Villa de Cura where I am not get many spare parts and apart from the higher costs, so I went to the recommendation of my mechanic and decided to go to the sites that he recommended, Since in the case of Maracay is the cedros avenue which is only sales of spare parts of all brands and models was where I got most of the parts so for those who do not know the area I recommend them and taking advantage of the area take advantage and go to the Rectificadora.
Currently after going to the rectifier Tecni Motor´s C.A. which was the recommendation of my mechanic Rony Olivo as it has years working with it, are located in the intercommunal sector 19 April Turmero Maracay, they review and advise you to understand what is best in terms of the work of cameras and blocks, in this case I did the review of the block and the camera which ended up doing the complete work of the camera change valve chamber, calibrated, change of valve rubbers, seated and rectified, and on the side of the block corresponded to take the rectified engine to 0. 40 or 1.00 MM to avoid that if the engine was rectified from 0.20 to 0.30 some cylinders would be oval, all this said by recommendation of the rectifier and not to go out to buy the pistons at 0.30, this work keeping the engine with all its services up to date should last between 7 to 8 years using its good oil 15w40.
Now moving on to the spare parts part, the main thing was to look for the pistons to measure 0.40 as these have to be left in the grinding machine which I got in Toyota presentation they come without rings, the rings that I bought are TP presentation of the same size 0. 40, the gasket kit was purchased Toyota presentation which among its parts brings the gasket of the Camarin Cover, block and chamber gasket, set of stoppers and orrines, valve rubbers among others, for the case of the camera I had to replace 2 screws of the beds that were damaged apparently from some other repair before being my vehicle, the engine bases since their replacement was warranted, the connecting rod shells were purchased from PC Pistons brand, the bedplate shells were purchased in NDC brand, the timing kit will be replaced by one brand CIC Auto Parts, oil change 4 packs of 946ML 15w40 FC brand with oil filter MHW, and as I decided to replace the box for one that had saved the oil change was purchased for maintenance 3 packs of 950ML Wolver brand 80w90, all this to meet the full service of the engine of the Terios Cool 2004, note that the oil pump will not be changed because it is good and has no more than 1 year that was purchased for this service.

All these parts and oil will be delivered to the workshop of my friend in Multiservicio VA 2017 C.A. which is in Villa de Cura Aragua state, so that when the rectifier finishes with its services and deliver the camera and block, they can proceed to assemble the engine and finally correct any outstanding issues of the vehicle.
Some extras of the services that must be performed to the vehicle will be to turn the radiator for when the engine is assembled to change the water for coolant to take care of the life of the water pump and the temperature issue to be controlled, will now be used to change the gearbox guayas kit, as in another opportunity had been damaged and being difficult to get were repaired by time issue, now replaced by the originals that were located in time.

Pocas veces he visto un trabajo de citado tan bien realizado en hive, hay quienes agregan todos los hipervinculos de citado al final en un apartado, pero cada quien tiene su estilo, fuera de ello tengo que acotar que me alegra que consiguieras los originales y que le hagas un mantenimiento tan exhaustivo al vehículo, ya que siempre debemos recordar cuidarlo para que no nos accidentemos con él.
Otra cosa que si quería decir, si te es posible, intenta hacer los bloques de texto más cortos o separarlos, para que sea más sencillo leerlo, sin lentes me era muy difícil leer el texto en cuestion :S
