Theme for March // Tema del mes de Marzo
Hello dear colleagues! It is a pleasure to write to you again with the purpose of bringing you the theme for the month of March. As our image shows, we will focus on a feeling: SATISFACTION.
WHAT WE HAVE, ACHIEVE OR DEVELOP.
We are generally very active in different areas of our life. We fulfill our family responsibilities and other things for our loved ones. Laborally we fulfill our tasks. We continue to improve our content on the blockchain. Maybe we are educating ourselves personally in some course. We are improving some aspect of our personality. We have some project at home, remodeling or project. We have an investment. How are we doing in evaluating the way we do all this and more?
For sure, doing all this involves effort, resources, time and maybe money. If we are doing our best to accomplish these things we can be happy with that. And that's where satisfaction comes in. It's that contentment with what we get, what we work for, what we achieve. We may not have the maximum grade in each of the aspects in which we perform, but we do have a passing grade. And since we know that we gave our best, we will be satisfied.
WHERE WE SEE IT AND WE FAIL TO SEE IT.
Satisfaction can manifest itself when we receive something from others. When we have some authority over others is a good example. Employers or supervisors may be evaluating employee performance. When you are hard to please or give the impression that you are demanding, it makes others wonder: "Can he ever be satisfied with what I do?"
That would be very sad. But it is even sadder when it is the parents who manifest something like this toward their children. It is not difficult to imagine the unfortunate consequences of this.
Satisfaction is also seen in the realm of materials and money. We may have already bought something for ourselves and our family: a house, a vehicle, an electronic device, clothing, shoes.... Now, how are we doing in evaluating what we have? Are we satisfied? If it covers the essentials, was the best we could bring, didn't involve sacrificing other more important things, and we don't owe anyone, we would have several reasons to feel content. Yes, sometimes achieving that balance is not easy. But it can be done.
Being satisfied with yourself is a blessing. Seeing our progress and rejoicing in it is something that helps our help, security and projection for the future. It is a bit cruel when an individual creates the habit of not being satisfied with his achievements, with who he is, digging details and little things that he could have done better (supposedly). This would leave aside the good and positive things we did to be there, the obstacles we overcame, and even the beautiful people we met and helped us in the process. Let's say you make breakfast, how about it, are you happy with how the coffee turned out? Come on! Let's be honest...
SATISFIED IN HIVE.
Aha! Of course we can easily (or with difficulty) see satisfaction in our own HIVE profiles. How long have you been on the blockchain? Years? Months? Weeks? Days? Now, are you satisfied with what you've accomplished here? Looking at your reputation, your wallet, your current quality compared to your introductory post, how do you feel? Are you satisfied with the skills and abilities you have acquired since you have been present on Web 3?
NEITHER ONE NOR THE OTHER.
Satisfaction is something that helps us to be happy, avoiding the two extremes that exist. On the one hand, there is the tendency to be demanding and difficult to please. It is difficult for others to be in harmony with you, and it will be even more difficult to be in harmony with yourself. And on the other hand, there is conformism, in the sense that everything seems fine to us, that we cannot do better, that if it came out this way it is because it had to be this way. Perhaps we would be applying the law of minimum effort, which would not suit us either.
This is the theme of the month! Now we want you to express yourselves. Share in written, video or audio form your anecdotes, deep reflections, artistic expressions (such as images, poems or writings), and real or fictitious stories telling us about SATISFACTION. When we participate in a simple, natural and familiar way in this topic we can see manifestations of this feeling that help us to identify it, differentiate it from others, understand it; at the same time we can share feelings with others when we go to their posts. Remember that it will be very important that you follow the simple rules of the community. In this case, write the word SATISFACTION in the title you chose for your post (if it is the first word, the better). Use the tag INTELLIGENCEEMOTIONAL and SATISFACTION which is the theme of the month. We will be reading all of them. We want the healing reports to be full of quality, unpublished material that will help us to draw this topic.
Maybe you would like to tell us your opinion about this feeling, what are the advantages of expressing it, what do you feel satisfied with? Tell us something about yourself that makes you feel satisfied. Is it difficult to be satisfied? What things help you? What things don't help you? It is not necessary to answer these questions one by one, they are simply ideas to search your mind for what you know about enthusiasm. Artistic expressions are also valid, such as poems, songs, fictional stories, etc.

¡Hola queridos compañeros! Es un gusto volverles a escribir con la finalidad de traerles el tema del mes de marzo. Tal como lo expone nuestra imagen nos enfocaremos en un sentimiento: la SATISFACCIÓN.
LO QUE TENEMOS, LOGRAMOS O DESARROLLAMOS
Generalmente estamos muy activos en diferentes ámbitos de nuestra vida. Cumplimos con nuestras responsabilidades familiares y otras cosas por nuestros seres amados. Laboralmente cumplimos con nuestras tareas. Seguimos mejorando nuestros contenidos en la blockchain. Quizás estemos educándonos personalmente en algún curso. Estamos mejorando algún aspecto de nuestra personalidad. Tenemos algún proyecto en casa, remodelación o proyecto. Tenemos una inversión. ¿Cómo nos va al evaluar la forma en la que hacemos todo ésto y más?
De seguro, hacer todo esto implica esfuerzo, recursos, tiempo y quizás dinero. Si estamos dando lo mejor de nosotros para cumplir con estos asuntos podemos estar contentos con eso. Y ahí entra la satisfacción. Es ese contentamiento por lo que obtenemos, lo que trabajamos, lo que logramos. Quizás no tengamos la nota máxima en cada uno de los aspectos en los que nos desenvolvemos, pero sí tenemos la materia aprobada. Y como sabemos que dimos lo mejor, estaremos satisfechos.
DÓNDE LO VEMOS Y LO DEJAMOS DE VER
La satisfacción puede manifestarse cuando recibimos algo de los demás. Cuando tenemos cierta autoridad sobre otros es un buen ejemplo. Los patronos o supervisores pueden estar evaluando el desempeño de los empleados. Cuando es difícil de complacer o da la impresión que es exigente, hace que los demás se pregunten: "¿Podrá alguna vez estar satisfecho con lo que hago?" Eso sería muy triste. Pero lo es aún más cuando son los padres quienes manifiestan algo así para con sus hijos. No es difícil imaginar las lamentables consecuencias de ésto.
La satisfacción se ve también en el ámbito de lo material y el dinero. Es posible que ya hayamos comprado algo para nosotros mismos y nuestra familia: una casa, en vehículo, un dispositivo electrónico, ropa, calzado... Ahora, ¿cómo nos va al evaluar eso que tenemos? ¿Estamos satisfechos? Si cubre lo esencial, fue lo mejor que pudimos traer, no implicó sacrificar otras cosas más importantes y no le debemos a nadie, tendríamos varias razones para sentirnos contentos. Sí, a veces lograr ese equilibrio no resulta sencillo. Pero se puede lograr.
Estar satisfecho con uno mismo es una bendición. Ver nuestros progresos y alegrarnos con ello es algo que ayuda a nuestra ayuda, seguridad y proyección para el futuro. Es un poco cruel cuando un individuo crea la costumbre de no estar satisfecho con sus logros, con lo que es, escarbando detalles y pequeñeces que pudo haber hecho mejor (supuestamente). Esto dejaría de un lado las cosas buenas y positivas que hicimos para estar allí, los obstáculos que vencimos, e incluso las bellas personas que conocimos y nos ayudaron en el proceso. Supongamos que preparas el desayuno. ¿Qué tal? ¿Estás contenta por cómo te quedó el café? ¡Vamos! Seamos sinceros...
SATISFECHOS EN HIVE
¡Ajá! Por supuesto que podemos ver fácilmente (o con dificultad) la satisfacción en nuestros propios perfiles de HIVE. ¿Cuánto tiempo llevas en la blockchain? ¿Años? ¿Meses? ¿Semanas? ¿Días? Ahora bien, ¿estás satisfecho con lo que has logrado aquí? Al ver tu reputación, tu wallet, tu calidad actual comparada con tu post de introducción, ¿cómo te sientes? ¿Estás satisfecho con las habilidades y destrezas que has adquirido desde que estás presente en la Web 3?
NI UNO NI LO OTRO
La satisfacción es algo que nos ayuda a ser felices, evitando los dos extremos que existen. Por un lado, está la tendencia a ser exigentes y difíciles de complacer. Es difícil que los demás puedan estar en armonía con uno, y será aún más estar en armonía con uno mismo. Y por el otro lado está el conformismo, en el sentido que todo nos parece bien, que no podemos hacerlo mejor, que sí salió así es porque así debía ser. Quizás estaríamos aplicando la ley del mínimo esfuerzo. Eso tampoco nos convendría.
¡Este es el tema del mes! Ahora queremos que ustedes se expresen. Compartan de forma escrita, en video o en audio sus anécdotas, profundas reflexiones, expresiones artísticas (como imágenes, poemas o escritos), e historias reales o ficticias hablándonos sobre la SATISFACCIÓN. Cuando participamos de forma sencilla, natural y familiar en éste tema podemos ver manifestaciones de éste sentimiento que nos ayudan a identificarlo, diferenciarlo de otros, entenderlo; a la vez que podemos compartir sentimientos con los demás cuando acudimos a sus post. Recuerda que será muy importante que sigas las sencillas reglas de la comunidad. En éste caso, escribe la palabra SATISFACCIÓN en el título que elegiste para tu post (si es la primera palabra, mejor). Usa la etiqueta INTELIGENCIAEMOCIONAL y SATISFACCIÓN que es el tema del mes. Estaremos leyendo todos ellos. Deseamos que los reportes de curación estén llenos de material de calidad, inédito, que nos ayuden a dibujar este tema.
Tal vez quieras contarnos tu opinión sobre éste sentimiento, qué ventajas tiene manifestarla. ¿De qué te sientes satisfecho? Cuéntanos algo de ti que te haga sentir satisfecho. ¿Se hace difícil estar satisfecho? ¿Qué cosas te ayudan? ¿Qué cosas no te ayudan? No es necesario que respondas una a una estas preguntas, sencillamente son ideas para buscar en tu mente lo que sabes sobre el entusiasmo. Las expresiones artísticas también son válidas, como poemas, canciones, historias ficticias, etc.
