hello friends,
How are you? Hope everyone is well!? I'm labonno.Today I want to talk to you about a very important and emotional topic and that is blood donation. Blood donation has many benefits and it is part of our social responsibility. I myself donated blood to a comatose patient a few days ago. My blood group is A positive. Hope he is healthy.I will share my blood donation story with you another day. Today I will tell you about the benefits of blood donation and why we should donate blood.

Most blood donors in developed countries are voluntary blood donors, who donate blood out of social responsibility. In poor countries, the number of such established voluntary blood donors is quite low, with most blood donors only donating blood to those they know. Most blood donors donate blood as an act of community service, but some people are professional blood donors, that is, they donate blood in exchange for money or an allowance. Again the blood donor can get blood for his future needs. How long a blood donor can donate blood in a row depends on what he is donating and the laws of the country where the donation is being made. However, every four months ie after 120 days, new blood is created in the human body.

First and foremost reason for donating blood: One person's donated blood will save another person's life.
Blood donation is very beneficial for health. As soon as blood is donated, the 'bone marrow' in the body is stimulated to produce new blood cells and within 2 weeks of blood donation, new blood cells are born to compensate for the deficiency. Donating blood 3 times a year increases the vitality of red blood cells in your body as well as increases the rate of new blood cell production.Note that within 48 hours of donating blood, the amount of blood in the body returns to normal.

Regular blood donation reduces the risk of heart disease and heart attack.
Another study found that people who donate blood twice a year have a lower risk of developing cancer than others. In particular, the risk of lung, liver, colon, stomach and throat cancer has been observed to be much lower in regular blood donors.Through regular voluntary blood donation, it is known free of cost if there is any major disease in one's body. For example: Hepatitis-B, Hepatitis-C, Syphilis, HIV (AIDS) etc.
Each pint (one-eighth of a gallon) of blood expended is 650 calories. That is, it can play an important role in weight loss.
Donating blood is a religious act of great merit or reward. Saving the life of one person is as great as saving the life of the entire human race.
