Resentment - A Disease of the Soul - Resentimiento una Enfermedad del Alma
Para hablar del resentimiento es importante conocer acerca de la palabra somatizar. Es tan sencillo como tener un sentimiento y exteriorizarlo físicamente.
El resentimiento es un sentimiento; todos los seres humanos somos alma y cuerpo por lo que sentimos y tocamos. Cuando llenamos nuestro corazón y más allá de él, llenamos nuestra alma con rabias, disgustos e insatisfacciones ese sentimiento se va acumulando y va creciendo en nuestro interior; Existen personas que creen sentirse los mejores "los mas duros" porque no le dejan pasar nada a nadie, porque no dan su brazo a torcer con alguna situación de enfrentamiento y lo peor es que a veces pasan años y hasta una vida sin hablarle a un familiaR e incluso odiarse a muerte a causa de un sentimiento pasado bien llamado Resentimiento: que no es más que repetir el mismo sentimiento infinidades de veces.
To talk about resentment it is important to know about the word somatize. It is as simple as having a feeling and physically externalizing it.
Resentment is a feeling; all human beings are soul and body because of what we feel and touch. When we fill our heart and beyond it, we fill our soul with anger, disgust and dissatisfaction, that feeling accumulates and grows within us; There are people who believe they feel the best "the toughest" because they do not let anything happen to anyone, because they do not give in to a confrontational situation and the worst thing is that sometimes years and even a lifetime go by without speaking to a person. family and even hate each other to death because of a past feeling well called Resentment: which is nothing more than repeating the same feeling countless times.

Este joven me enseñó tanto de la vida, al parecer todo le estaba saliendo mal. Sus padres no estaban a su lado, vivía con su abuela una señora de avanzada edad con deficiencias en los huesos. Los médicos tratamos de hablar con los pacientes para enlazarnos afectivamente y su tratamiento tenga mas oportunidades de éxito. Este joven en una conversación me dijo que sacaba sus fuerzas porque quería vivir, quería que sus padres supieran que no fue un error ni una carga y que a pesar de todo los amaba intensamente. Esas palabras son evidencia de un corazón sano que a pesar de las dificultades de los golpes de la vida eligió amar y ser feliz.
This young man taught me so much about life, it seemed that everything was going wrong for him. His parents were not by his side, an elderly lady with bone deficiencies lived with his grandmother. Doctors try to talk to patients to bond affectively and their treatment has more chances of success. In a conversation this young man told me that he was drawing his strength because he wanted to live, he wanted his parents to know that it was not a mistake or a burden and that despite everything he loved them intensely. Those words are evidence of a healthy heart that despite the difficulties of life's blows chose to love and be happy.
He llorado con mis pacientes y he aprendido tantas cosas humanas dentro de un hospital; he visto personas agonizando solas que incluso la amargura la reflejan con quienes estamos para ayudar; he visto como rechazan la ayuda de nosotros los médicos y enfermeras; he visto personas decir que no tienen motivación en este mundo; jóvenes que quieren morir y que han atentado contra su vida porque se sienten solos o han quedado enemigos del mundo por malas conductas. Personas que simplemente no quieren cambiar.
I have cried with my patients and I have learned so many human things inside a hospital; I have seen people dying alone that even bitterness is reflected by those of us who are here to help; I have seen how doctors and nurses refuse help from us; I have seen people say that they have no motivation in this world; young people who want to die who have attempted their lives because they feel alone or have become enemies of the world due to misconduct. People who just don't want to change.
He visto personas de por vida amargadas afirmando que "Esto lo recordaré toda la vida" o "Esto lo recordare hasta que me muera" y lo cumplen.
I have seen bitter people for life affirming that "I will remember this all my life" or "I will remember this until I die" and they comply.
El resentimiento es una bacteria mortal en nuestro cuerpo y muchas de las enfermedades del ser humano provienen de sentimientos negativos que se somatizan en el cuerpo. Algunas consecuencias de este sentimiento son dolencias en los huesos, problemas cardíacos o digestivos como gastritis, colon irritable en fin.. Asi que si estas sintiéndote mal y llevas una vida sana cuidado con lo que estas arinconando sentimentalmente.
Resentment is a deadly bacteria in our body and many of the diseases of the human being come from negative feelings that are somatized in the body. Some consequences of this feeling are bone ailments, cardiac or digestive problems such as gastritis, irritable colon, in short... Nacer de nuevo es ser como niños en el sentido de no guardar rencor, de apreciar el amor en cosas sencillas, no ver lo negativo y dar paso al olvido y centrarnos en las cosas que nos hacen feliz.
