Anger

Every day we have plenty of opportunities to get angry, stressed or offended. But what you're doing when you indulge these negative emotions is giving something outside yourself power over your happiness. You can choose to not let little things upset you.

Anger is an incredibly powerful and complex emotion. It can consume us, it can motivate us, and it can ultimately define who we are as individuals.

Anger is a natural human emotion that we all experience from time to time. It is a feeling of intense displeasure or hostility, often in response to a perceived threat or injustice. Anger can manifest in different ways, such as frustration, irritation, or rage, and can be triggered by a variety of situations, such as feeling misunderstood, disrespected, or powerless.

When experienced in moderation and expressed in healthy ways, anger can help us to assert ourselves and stand up for what we believe in. However, when anger is left unchecked, it can have negative consequences, both for ourselves and those around us. That's why it's important to learn how to manage our anger effectively.

Anger is a Positive and Negative Energy...

Let's see the good side: ANGER AS A POSITIVE ENERGY

Anger when harnessed and expressed healthily can be a positive energy. Anger can motivate us to take action and make positive changes in our lives and the world around us. At its core, anger is a signal that something is wrong, that we are not being treated with the respect and dignity we deserve. When we feel angry, it is a call to action, an invitation to stand up for ourselves and our values.

For example, when we see an injustice, anger can inspire us to stand up for what is right and take action to make a difference. It can also motivate us to set boundaries and protect ourselves from harm. In relationships, expressing anger healthily and respectfully can help us to communicate our needs and expectations, and ultimately strengthen our connections with others

Anger is a sign that something is wrong or needs to be addressed. When we experience anger, it can signal that we need to take a closer look at a situation, assess what is causing our anger, and take steps to address the underlying issue. This can lead to personal growth and positive change.

So if you're feeling angry right now, don't be afraid to embrace that emotion. Use it as fuel for positive change, both in your own life and in the world around you.

ANGER AS A NEGATIVE ENERGY

Anger can be a bad and extremely destructive energy when it is not managed effectively. Uncontrolled anger can lead to negative consequences, both for ourselves and those around us. While anger can be a positive energy, it can also be destructive if left unchecked.

I used to be a bad-tempered person. I easily get angry and pissed! My reactions each time when this emotion sets in are never good. Of course, I don't fight but my verbal expression is a killer! Thank God for His dealings in my life.

Moses in the bible was robbed off access of entering the promised land due to anger. He couldn't eat the fruits of his labor due to anger! He suffered so much in the wilderness while leading the Israelites to their promised land was was denied entrance due to anger!

One of the reasons why anger can be such a challenging energy is that it often stems from deep-seated emotional wounds or unresolved trauma. When we experience anger, it is often because we feel threatened, disrespected, or powerless in some way. And while these feelings are certainly valid, they can be difficult to address in healthy and productive ways.

Being angry is okay, but in the right way.

Anger is everything bad. Because I get angry easily intend to avoid anything that will get me angry. I always walk away than confront my cause of anger then to avoid collateral damage.

Oh .. getting angry is a choice tho

I don't see any positive impact of anger but destruction. When we are angry, we are said to lose total control of our actions. Anger can only lead to regret.
