A recipe for the lovers of this cereal so important in our nutrition, rice is very nutritious and very easy to prepare, it also provides vitamins, minerals and fiber. Rice is very versatile in the kitchen and you can prepare it with chicken, meat, to make a paella, with vegetables, carrots, noodles, among others.
Chinese rice
Ingredients:

- ½ chicken breast
- 1 smoked chop
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 carrot
- 2 scallions
- 150gr of soya shoots (sprouts)
- 3 or 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 3 or 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
Step by step of this recipe:
- The first step is to prepare is the white rice

- Heat 2 cups of water, then add rice and salt to taste.

Let the rice cook and let it rest
In a pan on high heat to heat and add the oil, let heat very well when the oil is very hot add the chicken and fry at least 5 minutes to brown well on all sides

- Add the chops and let them cook and brown well for another 5 minutes, remove all the meat from the pan and set aside.

- In the same pan add more oil and let it heat up, add the carrots in cubes, let it sauté for a few minutes, then add some chives cut in small pieces.

- Then add the chicken and smoked chop already ready to the preparation and some chopped chives.

- Add the soy sprouts and soy sauce and mix.


- Then add the previously cooked rice carefully while continuing to mix,
if you see that the rice is too pale, add more soy sauce, try to see if it is well salted.


- When it's all integrated, turn off the stove and enjoy.
