The celebration of Halloween takes place mainly in the countries of Anglo-Saxon culture (even though it has Celtic origins). However in the last decades it has been popularized in other areas in particular LatinAmerica; where nowadays it is mainly a comercial thing, many shops have decoration special for this day. The photo that I show today is in this framework. I few days I was walking and I noticed a balcony with this special decoration in occasion for the Halloween.
The image was taken in Antofagasta with the camera of a Samsung Galaxy S20, using the telephoto lens (3.0x) and edited in Gimp.
La tradición de celebrar el Halloween es propio de los países de cultura Anglo-Sajona, aunque sus orígenes son Celtas. Sin embargo en las últimas décadas se ha popularizado en otras regiones, en especial en Latinoamérica, aunque es de índole eminentemente comercial. Muchas tiendas y locales son “ambientados” especialmente para esta ocasión. La foto que muestro en este post, se enmarca en este contexto. Hace unos días que estaba caminando por la calle y noto un balcón decorado según el espíritu de la fiesta de Halloween.
