Good morning Hivers, today I just wanted to complain a little about the state of Italian healthcare, how does healthcare work in your country? in your region or country?
I want to complain because I notice serious structural deficiencies starting from the figure of the general practitioner, who for goodness sake is guaranteed to everyone, but if it is like mine it is like not having one and hearing from friends, acquaintances and strangers we are all in the same trouble, very few doctors , packed, never available, reluctant to prescribe tests, unaccustomed to sending prescriptions and tests via email, available for rare appointments. Many rightly prefer to go abroad after graduation because the wages here are truly ridiculous and the amount of work and patients is very high.
Speaking to a friend who recently became a GP in a small village, he is currently paid less than my husband who is a skilled worker and boiler fitter. Let's not even talk about mental health services, few mental health centers, I don't think there's even a psychologist bonus anymore, poorly trained psychiatrists and psychologists and appointments that are too far apart. Speaking of appointments, we pay taxes for healthcare and we still pay a co-payment based on our annual income but it is almost impossible to get an urgent appointment, there are very long waiting lists for every type of visit and citizens are often forced to contact privately if they are urgent, but we pay the taxes. Not to mention the numerous cuts to healthcare, few staff, obviously stressed and underpaid, full hospitals with few beds, overworked doctors and nurses, old tools and citizens forced to make long journeys to find cutting-edge facilities. In short, a disaster, how is healthcare in your country?

Buongiorno hivers oggi volevo solo lamentarmi un po dello stato della sanità italiana, come funziona da voi la sanità? nella vostra regione o nazione?
Voglio lamentarmi perché noto delle gravi carenze strurturali a partire dalla figura del medico di base, che per carità è garantito a tutti, ma se è come il mio è come non averlo e sentendo amici, conoscenti e sconosciuti siamo tutti negli stessi guai, pochissimi dottori, strapieni, mai disponibili, restii a prescrivere esami, disabituati a mandare ricette e esami via mail, disponibili su rari appuntamenti. Molti giustamente dopo la lsurea preferiscono andare all' estero perché qui le paghe sono davvero ridicole e la mole di lavoro e pazienti molto alta.
Parlando con un amico che è diventato medico di base da poco in un paesino viene al momento retribuito meno di mio marito che è operaio specializzato e caldaista.
Non parliamo poi dei servizi di sanita mentale, centri di sanità mentale pochi, bonus psicologo credo non ci sia neppure più, psichiatri e psicologi formati male e appuntamenti troppo distanti tra loro.
Parlando di appuntamenti, noi paghiamo le tasse per la sanità e paghiamo comunque un ticket basato sul nostro reddito annuale ma è quasi impossibile ottenere un appuntamento urgente, ci sono liste di attesa lunghissime per ogni tipo di visita e i cittadini sono spesso costretti a rivolgersi privatamente se hanno un urgenza, però le tasse le paghiamo.
Per non parlare dei numerosi tagli alla sanità, poco personale, ovviamente stressato e sottopagato, ospedali pieni e con pochi posti letto, medici e infermieri oberati di lavoro, strumenti vecchi e cittadini costretti a fare lunghi viaggi per trovare strutture all' avanguardia.
Insomma un disastro, come va invece la sanità nel vostro paese?
