Cooking Vlog #3: Garlic Bread (ขนมปังกระเทียม)

Hello everyone,

Last week I got some parsley from my friend. She grows it at her house. I can honestly say that I don't know what to cook with parsley. Parsley is used in Italian food, which I'm no expert on. But today I would like to share a recipe for garlic bread that has parsley and garlic as the main ingredients. This post is my entry for Chef Hive's challenge/garlic.

Ingredients

French bread, 1 loaf
Chopped garlic, 3 tablespoons
Butter, 50 grams
Salt, 1/3 teaspoon
Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar, 3 teaspoons
Chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons

How To Make Garlic Bread

1.Cut French bread into 1-inch thick slices.

2.Put butter, salt, pepper, sugar, chopped garlic and chopped parsley in a bowl and mix together.

3.Spread the mixture on the cut bread.

4.Bake the bread with an air fryer at 180 degrees celsius for about 6 minutes.

5.Serve on a dish with coffee or milk.

I don't have an oven for baking bread, so I used an air fryer instead. It is not bad for this dish. The garlic bread is very crispy and smells good.

Very interesting machine, I have heard of air fryers but never used one. Our family loves garlic bread, but since we are vegan we use olive oil instead of butter. Nom, nom, nom.
