It is really easy, @joanstewart. What takes long is making it rise.
But if you know how to manage your time (and be waiting for it), it takes no time at all!
I bake two loaves of bread, a batch of rolls, and an artisan bread in no time!
My bread is always fresh. YUM!!!
And thank you for checking this out!

Nothing beats the smell/taste of fresh bake, enough to keep friends happy to visit.

Friends are not as often visiting, unlike ore-Covid times. But when they do come, I always prepare something that makes the house smell good as well!!!

They say you can sell a house with the smell of coffee brewing and cookies baking,... Bring friends in for sure!
