Hoy quiero compartirles algo que aprendí hace un par de añitos ya, con mi peluquera de confianza que hacía es mi cabello todas las locuras que se me ocurrían 🤭 (ella ya se encuentra fuera de venezuela).
En las primeras visitas que le hacía, a medida que se iba familiarizando con mi cabello noto que yo misma era quien lo estaba maltratando ❌ lo quebradizo, débil y el frizz me lo generaba yo lavada tras lavada.

I know that sometimes we do this without knowing it, taking for granted that the traditional and most known way is the right way But, it's not like that! I'll show you how I wash and style my hair.

PASO 1. PEINAR MUY BIEN EL CABELLO 😌 || STEP 1. COMB HAIR VERY WELL
Yo les recomiendo dividirlo por la mitad, tomar una parte y comenzar a peinar de puntas hacia arriba (toma más tiempo, pero no se jalan el cabello ni maltratan en los nudos) de esta manera se desenrredará mucho más fácil. Luego lo unen y peinan todo junto con amor y delicadeza.

How I didn't get the conditioner, very well it works for me this product which is super good.
PASO 3. BAÑO HABITUAL - LAVADO DE CABELLO HABITUAL: || STEP 3. USUAL BATHING - USUAL HAIR WASHING:
Lavo con agua mi cabello, aplicó el shampoo especialmente cubriendo todo el cuero cabelludo que es donde se acumula y genera más el sucio, la grasa, etc. En esta parte con la ayuda de la palma de mi mano (no con los dedos ni a la locura como si odiara mi cabello) voy esparciendo y masajeando el producto por todo el cabello. Luego lo retiro con abundante agua.
Luego aplicó el acondicionador o en este caso el tratamiento intensivo con el mismo método, y luego lo peino igualmente de puntas hacia arriba y finalizó este paso enjuagando con abundante agua pero sin crear un desorden en mi cabello para que el orden del cabello peinado de mantenga lo más posible (solo voy ayudando al enjuagado con movimientos suaves).
I wash my hair with water, I apply the shampoo especially covering all the scalp which is where it accumulates and generates more dirt, grease, etc. In this part with the help of the palm of my hand (not with my fingers or madly as if I hated my hair) I spread and massage the product all over my hair. Then I wash it out with plenty of water.
Then I apply the conditioner or in this case the intensive treatment with the same method, and then comb it equally from the ends upwards and finish this step by rinsing with plenty of water but without creating a mess in my hair so that the order of the combed hair is maintained as much as possible (I am only helping the rinsing with gentle movements).
PASO 4. SECAR EL CABELLO A TOQUESITOS: || STEP 4. PAT HAIR DRY:
Con la ayuda de la toalla de baño voy secando mi cabello con toques, como si fueran pequeñas presiones sobre el para quitar el agua excedente. Si lo veo necesario en el momento lo divido en dos partes.
Antes yo secaba mi cabello haciendo un enrrolle loco, con movimientos circulares y hacia todos lados sin sentido que eso quedaba como melena de leona despeinada, esto en gran parte era lo que me generaba el frizz, la caída y lo quebradizo de mi cabello. Pobrecito le estaba haciendo mucho daño.

PASO 5. NUEVAMENTE PEINAR CON AMOR Y CARIÑO EL CABELLO LISTA PARA TRIUNFAR 👩✨ || STEP 5. AGAIN COMBING HAIR WITH LOVE AND CARE READY TO SUCCEED
Esté ya sería como el paso final. Peino muy bien mi cabello, con la misma técnica de puntas hacia arriba dividiéndolo en dos partes y luego lo uno y dejo que seque muy bien.
A mi particularmente me gusta más que se seque al natural que con ayuda del secador. Pero ya aquí, lo dejaría a su criterio.

Me gusta saber si el tratamiento lo aplicas de medios a puntas o en todo el cabello. Eso siempre me genera dudas. 🙈🙈

Si, lo aplicó de medias a puntas. Evito aplicarlo en la raíz porque puede ponerse más grasoso en esa zona y no es lo que queremos.
Okok perfecto. Si voy a mejorar el cuidado, yo cambio el color de mi cabello cada vez que puedo jajaja, y tengo que darle cariñitos 😊✨
