The last days of October dedicated to halloween and #makeupchallenge in its 14th week took as its main theme this celebration, it will be a week full of amazing creations is what remains in the community of #makeuppower, my entry to this initiative in a female version of the Frankenstein monster who is characterized by being a humanoid creature of enormous stature, created with fragments of corpses from the dissecting rooms, scaffolds and slaughterhouses. So I wanted to create a makeup in various shades, to represent the diversity of skins used to create this creature, of course I used editing to further highlight the colors I used to create this character.

Paso a paso. || Step by step.
▪️ Preparé mi rostro como de costumbre, pero en esta ocasión apliqué una mascarilla a base de avena y un bálsamo hidratante en los labios, luego hice mis cejas con sombra, dejando el inicio de las cejas un tono más claro que el resto, seguido de ello apliqué corrector en los parpados y sellé con un polvo translucido.
▪️ I prepared my face as usual, but this time I applied an oatmeal mask and a moisturizing balm on the lips, then I made my eyebrows with shadow, leaving the beginning of the eyebrows a lighter shade than the rest, followed by applying concealer on the eyelids and sealed with a translucent powder.
▪️ Hice los ojos sin complicación, no soy muy hábil para difuminar sombras así que trato de mantener el maquillaje de ojos lo más simple posible, inicié aplicando un tono morado claro en el inicio del parpado, en la otra mitad apliqué sombra negra dando una forma alargada, proseguí a delinear en color negro, lo siguiente que hice fue trazar líneas en mi rostro, pecho y cuello para tener una guía y saber donde situar las cicatrices.
▪️ I made the eyes without complications, I am not very skilled at blurring shadows so I try to keep the eye makeup as simple as possible, I started by applying a light purple shade at the beginning of the eyelid, in the other half I applied black shadow giving an elongated shape, I proceeded to outline in black, the next thing I did was to draw lines on my face, chest and neck to have a guide and know where to place the scars.
▪️ Sobre los trazos apliqué una línea con pegamento escolar blanco, luego sobre el pegamento coloqué tiras finas de algodón, al secar apliqué una capa de látex casero.
▪️ On the lines I applied a line with white school glue, then on the glue I placed thin strips of cotton, when dry I applied a layer of homemade latex.
▪️ Era tiempo de crear las diferentes tonalidades en la piel, para ello en cada division de piel apliqué tres tipo de base (tonos claro, medio y oscuro), luego sellé con diferentes polvos cada parte, el siguiente paso era dar profundidad a las cicatrices, para ello apliqué labial rojo sobre ellas y luego sombra negra, luego termine el maquillaje de los ojos aplicando lápiz negro en la línea del agua y seguido de sombra negra.
▪️ It was time to create the different tones in the skin, for that in each division of skin I applied three types of base (light, medium and dark tones), then I sealed with different powders each part, the next step was to give depth to the scars, for that I applied red lipstick on them and then black shadow, then I finished the eye makeup applying black pencil on the water line and then black shadow.
▪️ Sobre las cicatrices apliqué sangre falsa, sobre ellas pegué pedazos de cuerdas negra para simular costuras, y finalicé aplicando labial en un tono morado oscuro.
▪️ I applied fake blood to the scars, stuck pieces of black string on them to simulate stitching, and finished by applying lipstick in a dark purple shade.
