Hello everyone in Makeup Power ! This is supposed to be a pretty creative month. Halloween is an illusion for makeup artists, from the beginning of the month until Halloween itself we are creating ideas. And I don't even have time to make something cool 😭 but I bring a fairly subtle idea for those who like something simple but that shows the spirit.
One of the things that screams Halloween is ghosts, so let's go with something classic, the typical white sheet ghosts 👻
Hola a todos en la comunidad de maquillaje. Este se supone que es un mes bastante creativo. Halloween es una ilusión para los maquilladores, desde que inicia el mes hasta el mismo día de Halloween estamos creando ideas. Y yo ni tiempo tengo para hacerme algo genial 😭 pero traigo una idea bastante sutil para los que le gusta algo sencillo pero que se note el espíritu.
Una de las cosas que grita Halloween son unos fantasmas, así que vamos con algo clásico, los típicos fantasmas de sábanas blancas 👻
Btw, someone once asked me why my photos of the final result look more illuminated and that is because I almost always (always) do all the steps without my light ring (which by the way I am going to renew) I also want to tell you that since a lot of time I don't use makeup base anymore, after my routine I do cover my dark circles with concealer but I only seal the rest of my face with loose powder to eliminate shine.
Btw, una vez alguien me preguntó por qué mis fotos del resultado final se ven más iluminadas y eso es porque casi siempre (siempre) hago todos los pasos sin mi aro de luz (que por cierto voy a renovar) también quiero decirles que desde hace mucho tiempo ya no uso base de maquillaje, después de mi rutina sí cubro mis ojeras con corrector pero el resto de mi cara solamente la sello con polvos sueltos para eliminar el brillo.
In order not to make something so simple into such a long post, let's go with the steps. First I used makeup that is activated with water, these are liners especially for that.
Para no hacer de algo tan sencillo un post tan largos vamos con los pasos. Primero utilicé maquillaje que se activa con agua, estos son unos liners especialmente para eso.
Now with a fairly fine brush we first make the black liner and on top of that we make ghost shapes with white but we give the impression that the ghosts are interacting with the eyeliner, also lastly I made some gray shadows to give it more dimension and their little faces with more black.
Ahora con un pincel bastante fino hacemos primero el delineado negro y encima vamos haciendo formas de fantasmas con color blanco pero le damos la impresión de que los fantasmas están interactuando con el delineado, también por último hice unas sombras en color gris para darle más dimensión y sus caritas en negro.
On the other hand, I decided to try some false eyelashes that I bought, if you notice in my posts I almost never put on eyelashes, I only apply a good amount of product on mine. But I wanted to apply a trick which is to place them under your eyelashes so that it looks natural and the truth is that it does work, they look like my eyelashes.
Por otro lado me animé a probar unas pestañas postizas que compré, si se dan cuenta en mis posts casi nunca me pongo pestañas, solo aplico buena cantidad de producto en las mías. Pero quise aplicar un truco que es colocarlas debajo de tus pestañas para que se vea natural y la verdad es que sí funciona parecen mis pestañas.
And that would be it, the end result is something very cute. It's not scary but at least it shows some of the spirit.
Y eso sería todo, el resultado final es algo muy tierno. No es aterrador pero al menos muestra algo del espíritu.
Those little ghosts are way too adorable to be scary. That third last photo is kind of the best!
