Buen día mis amores de esta linda comunidad. Hoy iniciando el segundo día del nuevo año, me levanté dándole un respiro a mi rostro, ya que muchas veces maquillamos y maquillamos y no nos damos cuenta que necesitamos limpiar el cutis, exfoliarlo e hidratarlo.
Les tengo una super mascarilla que imagino ya han visto muchas veces, pero en esta oportunidad es agregándole aceite de Coco.
COMENCEMOS
Vamos a necesitar los siguientes materiales:
✓Gorro para cubrir el cabello.
✓ Vaporizador para el cutis. (En caso de no tener dicho vaporizador, simplemente utilizan una olla, agregan agua, hierven, dejan reposar y utilizan el vapor)
✓Recipiente para mezclar.
✓ Palito de altura.
✓ Pañito para secar el cutis.
✓ 1 Cucharada de Borra de Café.
✓ 1 Cucharadita Aceite de Coco.
✓ Jabón de avena o jabón neutro.
✓ Cubito de hielo.
✓Crema hidratante.
Procedimiento:
Primero comenzamos con el rostro previamente limpio, a utilizar el vaporizador para que se abran los poros del cutis. 12 min. Ésto ayudará a que al momento de exfoliar sea más fácil sacar impurezas. Este proceso lo pueden hacer dos veces a la semana.
Luego de estar en vapor el rostro por 12 minutos, procedemos a secar la piel.
Ahora tomamos la borra de café, la colocamos en un recipiente muy limpio y continuamos agregando el aceite de Coco. Mezclamos muy bien.
Procedemos a exfoliar el cutis de manera muy delicada, ya que de lo contrario puede ser muy abrasivo.
Yo sugiero que al culminar la exfoliación dejemos 10 minutos la mascarilla.
Luego procedemos a retirar la mascarilla con agua tibia, y limpiando con el jabón de avena o jabón neutro.
Ahora, ya que los poros continúan abiertos, toman un cubito de hielo y lo van frotando en el rostro para cerrar los poros.
El hielo también es maravilloso para utilizar como pre-base
Continuamos aplicando crema hidratante para mayor suavidad de la piel y dejarla fresca.
La mascarilla ya explicada sirve para todo tipo de piel, si tienen piel grasa no se preocupen con el aceite de Coco. No les dejará la piel grasa.
