"La Casa más alta", "Del pueblo venimos y hacia el pueblo vamos"; dos de las frases o lemas que representaba la Universidad de Oriente Núcleo Anzoátegui, considerada en Venezuela como una de las mejores Universidades a nivel nacional y que debido a la diversas situaciones económicas, el vandalismo, mal manejo administrativo y corrupción hizo que este hermoso lugar cayera poco a poco en pedazos...
Despite the various situations and adversities, there are certain areas and departments where it is possible to continue our studies naturally, however if you explore the whole place you will notice the abandoned apartments and how huge the university is. Together with my classmates we took the task of exploring the place a little due to the insecurity of those areas I had to take pictures with a mobile device that is not very good for photos but I hope you like it.
Pese a las diversas situaciones y adversidades, existen ciertas áreas y departamentos donde es posible continuar nuestros estudios con naturalidad, sin embargo si exploras con totalidad el lugar se darán cuenta de los departamentos abandonados y lo inmensa que es la universidad. Junto a mis compañeros nos dimos la tarea de explorar un poco el lugar debido a la inseguridad de esas zonas tuve que tomar fotos con un dispositivo móvil que no es muy bueno para las fotos pero espero les guste.
We headed first to what was once an old chapel on the site, nearby was the dining hall where all students were free to eat completely free of charge.
Nos dirigimos primero a lo que era antes una antigua capilla que se encontraba en el lugar, cerca se encontraba el comedor lugar donde todos los estudiantes eran libres de comer completamente gratis.

At this point you can see what used to be known as: "El paseo de la ciencia", a path that ran along a kind of water channel and nearby was located the old department of Civil Engineering.
En este punto se puede observar lo que antes se conocía como: "El paseo de la ciencia", camino que recorría una especie de canal de agua y cerca se encontraba localizado el antiguo departamento de Ingeniería civil.
I remember when I was a child I used to go through this walk to go to the dining room and on the way it was inevitable to get students or dirt in the place, now with 18 years old studying electrical engineering I had to witness the before and after of this place ....
Recuerdo que cuando era niño pasaba por esto este paseo para dirigirme al comedor y en el camino era inevitable conseguirse estudiantes o suciedad en el lugar, ahora con 18 años edad estudiando Ingeniería eléctrica me toco presenciar el antes y después de este lugar...
The closest department was the Civil Engineering department, if I am honest, it was one of the best departments in the university but it was slowly being consumed by vandalism...
El departamento mas cercano era el de Ingeniería Civil, si les soy honesto era uno de los mejores departamentos en la universidad pero que poco a poco se fue consumiendo por el vandalismo...

Climbing the other floors together with my classmates, I found a motivational message for those students who climbed those steps and it says: "He who attempts the absurd conquers the impossible " - Fruto Vivas (Architect).
Subiendo los otros pisos juntos mis compañeros, me encontré un mensaje motivacional para aquellos estudiantes que subieran dichos escalones y dice: "El que intenta lo absurdo conquista lo imposible" - Fruto Vivas (Arquitecto).
On that floor there were different books related to the Civil Engineering career and, at the same time, there were plans, I suppose, property of the former students of the career.
En Aquel piso se encontraba diferentes libros relacionados a la carrera de Ingeniería Civil y a su vez se encontraba planos supongo propiedad de los antiguos estudiantes de la carrera.
The petroleum engineering area, in this place the students have taken care of the place and it does not look so deteriorated.
La zona de ingeniería en petróleo, en este lugar los estudiantes han cuidado el lugar y no se ve tan deteriorado.

Finally the department of mechanical manufacturing, there were machinery used for education in that career, the place was completely dark full of bats and there were old thesis projects thrown as if they were trash ...
Por ultimo el departamento de fabricación mecánica, allí se encontraban maquinaria empleada para la educación en dicha carrera, el lugar se encontraba completamente oscuro lleno de murciélagos y habían antiguos proyectos de tesis tirados como si fueran basura...
I missed visiting the inside of other departments but most of them were under lock and key and heading to what used to be known as Basic Courses but due to the time it was dangerous to go there so I will leave it for another time, I hope you enjoyed my post.
Falto visitar el interior de otros departamentos pero la mayoría se encontraban bajo llave y dirigirnos a lo que antes se conocía como Cursos Básicos pero debido a la hora era peligroso ir allí así que lo dejare para otra ocasión, espero hayan disfrutado mi post.
