I bet that was amazingly beautiful in it's day.
The photo with the stairs going down appears to lead out the window...ha ha.... but I know it is an illusion and they use to turn and go down to the left.

There are many stairs in this building, I wonder what it was like for the residents to constantly walk on them.)))
