I have been to Lewis which is up that way, it has some beaches like that. At the right time in summer they can be amazing. Any other time, mince!

If it wasn't so tough to get there. The ferries take hours, may as well be rowing boats!
It isn't the easiest to get there that's true. If you leave from Glasgow you can get a small plane to lots of the islands. It's quite the ride!
