📷 New art object in Krasnodar Park (16 photo)

Have a nice day! I haven't been to our famous park for two years, but recently I spat on everything and decided to take a walk, wander through its alleys and squares, listen to birds singing and take pictures of pictures for mood.

I saw a lot of new buildings and attractions. My attention was immediately attracted by a new art object created by an Italian architect.

From a distance, it looks very unusual and I would say even fascinating. Although the installation itself is made of ordinary metal wire. The architects wanted to preserve a certain lightness and airiness of this structure.

The capital of the columns is made in the Corinthian style, and with acanthus leaves they immediately resemble the ancient era.

In the evening hours, it is also beautifully illuminated, although the darker it gets, the more people want to capture themselves against the background of these mysterious columns :-)

Looking at these huge columns, it seems that you are really in the temple of the ancient Greek gods.

Indeed, architects from Milan have worked hard and created a work of art that embodies the image of ancient arches, the Parthenon, and the temple of the goddess Vesta...

Often the creations of Italians were called "ghost architecture", and their works are located in different cities of the world. Now we will have such a large-scale composition in the Kuban, which is allocated about 200 meters on the spacious green lawns of a picturesque park.

The author Edoardo Tresoldi was invited to design and install projects around the world, and finally invited to Krasnodar.

In one of the interviews, he once said this:

I often sculpted and built using papier-mache and clay, until one day I came across a coil of simple wire. Of course, my first crafts were of low artistic quality, but the technique fascinated me, and later academic education gave me the right base. So I became an architect, an architect of nothingness...

Tresoldi is known for many interesting projects. So in 2016, his work was exhibited at the archaeological site of an early Christian basilica in Italy, and in 2018 he created the art object Etherea for the Coachella Music and Art Festival in the USA.

In 2019, his Fillmore project with bird figures as a permanent installation appeared under the ceiling of the Cathedrale restaurant in New York.

His works have also been exhibited in Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Great Britain, Denmark and France. In addition to the silhouettes of ancient buildings and structures, the artist creates figures of people, birds and other abstract forms from a simple wire...

From afar, the structure really looks a little mysterious. Since during the day the columns of the art object seem so airy and completely unobtrusive, but in the evenings they immediately change their character and become more majestic and sublime.

The installations were given the name "Abstract". Such a peculiar reception, so that the guests of the park could plunge into the famous ancient era from the time of the Parthenon and imagine for themselves what is happening under such majestic columns...

You seem to be transported to another era, to another country, to another time.

Moving from one column to another, stories from the myths of Ancient Greece flashed through my head. And the backlight certainly did its job.

Here, walking between the columns, you feel like a real ancient Greek goddess Vesta.

In fact, these columns do look a little like her temple, which is still in Rome today.
