最适合宅在家里锻炼用的健身app——keep我已经快几个月没打开过了,下午没事突然想重新动起来,打开应用,浏览我参加的课程,发现自己已经做了97次马甲线养成训练和103次完美蜜桃臀打造,可惜,因为自己的半途而废,三天打鱼两天晒网,我那宏伟的马甲线和蜜桃臀目标始终遥不可及。


我常做的这两个训练都是隔天做,每次耗时也就十几二十几分钟,想想是很简单,可是坚持下去怎么就那么难?就像有的人一腔热血要学好英语,每天规划好背十个单词,不到一个月就放弃,诸如此类的事很多。
放弃容易,坚持难,由此可以看出坚持做一件难事的自律的人真的可怕,这给处于长假中陷入懒散状态的我敲了警钟,可不可以改变下自己?
从电梯中的镜子里,不经意发现自己的脸有了一丝丝下垂感,终于领悟到说“万物皆上涨,唯有脸下垂”的女人的心酸,运动可以使人保持年轻,是时候动起来了。💪
