昨儿跑的里程稍短，速度也加快了点。昨天可是真的热啊，软件上显示只有28度，可是我觉得30度都不止了。

8点不到跑完回家之后，晚上睡觉后半夜武汉下大暴雨，风雨交加，电闪雷鸣，硬是把我吵醒了，囧！
