这几天公司的培训接二连三的，不过能够出来培训其实也是好事，给自己多多充电。尤其今天这次培训是可以住在外面酒店里的，感觉还不错。整体是一个一天半的培训，第一天也就是今天安排的还是挺满的。中间除了午餐和晚餐时间一个半小时。其他时间都是休息10分钟。
以前我是一点都不怵头各种培训的，现在可能是年龄大了的缘故，坐一天下来还是觉得有点累了。这次来的酒店也还不错是个四星级酒店，用餐都是自助餐，味道也还中规中矩。其实保险公司最大的好处，是培训全部免费，很多时候标准也不低无论是住宿还是餐标。
其实各行各业，都有他的规律，我们顺应规律，就能够有个不错的成绩。我平时多努力，月底发佣金的时候才会发出会心的微笑。
