今天回家的时候
路上塞车了
原来是发生了一件车祸
车祸的这条道路
来回两向的路中央有分隔岛
如图所示
原则上
整条路的中央都有分隔岛
但在某一小段处
会有一小块地方没分隔岛
很多人便在这个地方来回转
结果就被车子给撞上了
我觉得这个事故
三方有错
要回转过去的车没看好远方没车才转
撞到他的车则是开太快
政府则是这一小段处的前方没设安全标志
让大家知道前方会有回转车
要减速慢行
