[私家厨房]~ 南瓜丸子银耳羹

天气热了,可以在家里做些甜点。今天跟大家分享的这道甜点要分两部走:第一步是把银耳汤先用压力饭煲给煮烂了;另外一步是做南瓜丸子。

先来说说银耳汤配料吧!

1)压力饭煲里放入剪碎的白木耳、红枣、冰糖,按最高键(我这个最高键就是煮牛筋的,白木耳不易软糯,所以要煮久一点)。

再来做南瓜丸子!

1)将南瓜切成薄片,上锅蒸熟。(选易糯的南瓜)

2)把蒸熟的南瓜薄片去掉南瓜皮,取出南瓜肉,用勺压成泥,少量多次倒入糯米粉(怕一次加太多)揉成不黏手的光滑圆丸。

3)等白木耳煮软糯了,放入枸杞子、南瓜丸子。
