Google搜索最惨打工人，本以为会出现底层工作人员的辛苦坚信，没想到出来了新闻全是电商的巨头，不是京东就是阿里，不然就是年入百万。突然对打工人有了新的定义。
打工人，不再是埋头苦干的农民工，也不是风吹日晒的农民，也不是冒着风险的挖矿人。。而是拿着高薪的互联网人。想想自己，做跨境电商也很多年了，在外人看来，好像还算轻松，不用加班，也没感觉节奏感有多强，但是巨大的压力也只有自己知道。
在当今时代，压力的表现已经不是简单的体力劳动，而是脑力劳动。当代年轻人的亚健康，长时间的电脑办公，眼睛酸涩，脑袋肿胀，长期坐着，导致的腰酸背痛，严重的腰间盘突出，压力大导致的失眠，精神状况比较差。
