从外地出差回来后，实属疲惫，总感觉应该是休假，现实今天是星期一，在办公室抓紧时间看学生的试卷，确定正答率，再一一重点备课。
紧接着，科代表抱来了这周需要检查的作业，同时，在打开七中网校进行高三备考线上研讨会培训，一边做笔记的同时，一边二次批改作文。
一上午的时间安排的很满，高三其实没有任何轻松而言，更多是需要不断地研究探索，适合学生的复习方法，毕竟每次所带的班级学情都不一样。
好在我们英语组形成了合力，大家共同分担，认领所要整理的话题，这样备课上来说就没有那么艰难，效率也就更高了！
刚好月考成绩也出来了，两个补习班117和118的平均分，和第一次相比有进步，同时令人欣喜的是全年级英语最高分147在我们班。
但一本线上的学生偏科英语的不在少数，准备这周挨个谈话，不断督促他们。
补习班的教学任重而道远，还得一步一个脚印，稳扎稳打地进行，希望明年6月又是硕果累累。
