湘西旅行中关于美食的记忆有很多,但是苗族长桌宴是其中最特别的。长桌宴是苗族宴席中的一种隆重礼仪,流传至今,已经有上千年的历史。通常在遇到接亲嫁女、满月酒和村寨联谊的喜庆日子才会举办。如今这种宴饮活动还被用来迎接远方来的客人,以此表达苗族人的热情好客。
喝了拦门酒,进得苗寨来。苗族的小姐姐桌前准备了勇敢酒,总以表达苗族崇尚勇敢勤劳智慧的英雄气魄。
等到酒过三巡、菜过五味,穿着民族传统节日盛装的苗族姑娘们和吹奏芦笙的小伙子,就开始载歌载舞,用悠扬的芦笙曲和优美的舞姿,欢迎远方的客人。
关于长桌宴的菜品,实在是太多啦。特色酸汤鱼、鼓藏肉、腊肉香肠和绿色蔬菜小炒,这些苗族的传统佳肴在长桌宴上大放异彩,飘香的美味令人陶醉。印象深刻的还是竹筒饭,好吃到不能停下,哈哈😄。希望以后有机会还能再去一次。
