I visited my dentist after a while for an annual checkup. She found some fillings could be old but no cave. I felt relieved that there was no major trouble. I'll go for cleaning and replace the fillings.
Even I didn't have any trouble on my teeth, I feel relieved and really good after the checkup. I recommend you to go to see your dentist time by time :)
Other than at dentist, I also go to see my women doctor once a year.
I know it takes time and not easy when we are busy. But we'll feel good without any trouble or if there is something, we can start treatment earlier.
今日は歯医者さんで毎年の定期健診を受けてきました。いくつか詰め物が古いかなっていうところはあったものの、虫歯はなし。近々歯のクリーニングと詰め物の交換に行ってきます。
特に歯のトラブルがあったわけではないのですが、歯医者さんに行ってほっと一息。忙しいと定期健診をさぼってしまいがちですが、重い腰をあげて診てもらうことおすすめします！
歯医者さんのほか、婦人科でも一年に一度定期健診を受けています。何もなくてもうれしくて、何かあったら早く見つかるので行かない手はありません。
検診何事もなくてよかったです。ホッとしますよね。
コチラの歯医者さんは無料の医療に含まれていなくて高いですしどこも満杯で、緊急の歯医者さんしか今まで行けていません。虫歯だらけの子供たちが地域に結構いて問題点になっています。ドイツの歯医者さんは医療に含まれていますか？
ドイツも歯科はごく基本的なものしか保険に含まれていなくて、歯が弱い場合は追加の保険でカバーします（私のケース）。こちらはみんな予防医療でがっちり行く感じで、子どもは半年に一回健診に行っています。子どもの検診は保険でカバーされます。
歯医者さんなかなか予約取れないの同じです。私は英語でコミュニケーションOKの先生が見つかって予約とりやすいこともあり少し遠くまで通っています。
子供さんの歯の検診を保険でカバーできるのは安心ですね！英語でやりとりできる方がいるのも安心材料ですね。日本の歯医者さんの数の多さに改めて気づかされます。
