“2020 Garden Memories-Good and Bad”
I was thinking about my garden when I was putting some fallen leaves on the garden to protect soil. Most of the stuff did very well but some didn't grow well.
I have to make nicer soil for the next spring for sure. I want to plant seeds earlier next spring. I wish I can have a small greenhouse next spring.
“２０２０年庭の思い出-良い事と悪い事”
庭の畑に落ち葉をかけて土を休ませる準備をしながら、今年の庭を振り返りました。ほとんどの野菜はよく育ってくれましたが、そうではないものもありました。
確実に土の質をあげなくてはいけないなと思っています。来年の種まきは早めにスタートしたいです。小さなグリーンハウスが欲しいです。
These bugs attacked my garden but the vegetables survived. 虫に攻撃されながらも頑張って育った野菜。
They were very delicious! とてもおいしかったです！
They were sweet even though they were small. 小さいけど甘かったです。
Harbs helped my cooking. 料理のお供だったハーブたち。
I should’ve harvested a little bit earlier but they were delicious. 収穫時期が微妙に遅くなってしまったにも関わらず、おいしかったです。
They didn't grow well but the leaves were yummy. I want them to grow well next year. 実は育たなかったけれど、葉っぱはおいしかったです。来年は頑張ってほしい。
They are resting until next spring. 来春に向けてお休み中の畑。
My dog is resting too. 犬もお休み中。
Gardening can indeed be challenging but very much fulfilling once you see the harvest. Wishing you all the best next springtime.
