The Black Americans in America are a minority--less than 20% of the American population. Africans impact on the US economy is significant on a micro-level. Also, I don't think a minority group speaks for the whole of America. What we share with the Black community is race but when it comes to ideologies and values we are two different people. However, I did not want my post to be on the debate between the Africans and the Black Americans. I wanted a broader view of immigration and the positive and negative impact of diversity
