RE: Hive-Naija Weekend Engagement #10 - Time Management

in Speak Peace2 years ago (edited)

The thing is, 24 hours or not, time management as it is ,is both simple and difficult. Some will say they need more hours in a day - maybe they can just go to those countries with 24 hours daylight so they can work all through 🚶.
Time management is basically having a plan or what you are gonna do per time (per minute). But most of us, myself for example, no matter how i plan for a whole day, i will still carry over some plans to the next day ..which is bad - I know, I am working on it 😁. This is because i get easily distracted a lot.
While a good course mate of mine has a comprehensive plan per minute for tomorrow from today..when i say per minute, he gives the smallest 1 minute for water break. He allocates time for everything he does including brushing his teeth. And he won't sleep until he finishes his whole plan for the day.
Time management is what everyone can improve on provided you are deliberate in doing so!!!
GRACIAS!!

Thinking about going to a place with 24hrs daylight... Omo that thing is not nice oh... At all...

Your body secrets some chemicals that regulate your sleep and awake times. These chemicals depend on the amount of light that enters your retina.

Having 24hrs daylight non stop can actually lead to death by exhaustion... That's why those countries with 24hrs daylight only experience it a few days a year... It's a season.

The Koko na to sha manage time, and give yourself time to sleep too...

For me..i like my sleep o..
