There are parts that change in tempo and in rhythm structure, but actually arrhythmia doesn't appear in the piece. Could be the shifting of the strong beat with the week that happens in some parts that caught your attention?
Hm, I guess we hear it differently. When I listen again, I notice a lovely spacious crescendo at 4:11 that seems to change the pace. I guess you're right, though, that it's a difference of strong rapid notes to soft spacious ones, shifting in energy.
