I am back this week with the song Lovin' You by Minnie Riperton for open mic week 83.
My friend Stephen (@celticheartbeat) helped me choose this song.We were talking about songs that are out of our comfort range to sing.
He mentioned he would try the medley that he already posted to see if he could have the vocal range for those songs.
I mentioned this is one I get shy about singing in public because it has some high notes that are difficult to hit each time.
After some encourangement I decide to post this song for the Reason for Living theme as I feel deeply loving someone is a very good reason for living :).

Wow, yes, you're really reaching some high notes in this song. Your singing is excellent! Happy to hear that you and @celticheartbeat are encouraging each other musically. I wonder what might happen if the two of you collaborated across the seas.
Our plan is to collaborate as soon as its possible. Chaste is working on getting her visa requirement's to come to the UK but its a slow and expensive process. We are aiming for spring time for her to arrive here in the UK. She has ambitious musical goals ,her plan is to learn guitar and violin while she is here, she can play piano already but doesn't have access to one in the Philippine's. I figure with the right kind of support and time to develop her skills she can really be a bright shining star :).
