Hello Hivers today I bring you a beautiful song for Hive Open Mic week 105 colorful. For me, music always flows according to a mood or feeling, because for many years it has been my way of expressing much of what I feel.

Sometimes we are so ashamed to show who we are.
Especially in a society that always places the prefix "very" followed by a "should" and that is how insecurity steals your colors.

A veces nos avergonzamos tanto de mostrar quien somos.
Sobre todo en una sociedad que siempre te coloca el prefijo "muy" seguidamente de un "debería" y es así como la inseguridad te va robando los colores.
"Muy bonita, seguro no tiene cerebro"
"Muy rebelde" debería ser más sumisa
"Muy expresivo " debería contenerse
"Muy gordo" debería adelgazar
"Muy flaca " debería engordar .
"Muy pequeña", "muy alta"
"El tono de su piel" no es el adecuado
"Muy despeinada".
Moderate, ajustate, debes ser parte de un estereotipo si no te definen como "el raro o la rara"
Y que más da si eres el raro o la rara, arriésgate, aceptate, amate y muestra cada diferencia, cada matiz de lo que eres, sin dejarte medir.

The one who for years was the chubby one and then the very skinny one, the one who shouldn't sing because her lungs were weak, the one who passed by hairdressers from afar 🤭, the one who reformed clothes because she didn't show what she was.
The mother of 4, who loves her children deeply but sometimes gets so overwhelmed she wants to run away 🤭🤣, the 4-eyed one who sees nothing without her glasses, the naive one and the one who trips over everything, the clueless one.

Empiezo por mi Hivers, me muestro en mis torpezas y mi vulnerabilidad.
Hola soy Itzche Maya, la rara, la torpe, la que prefería la biblioteca a los recreos de la escuela, la que elegía la sinfónica antes que una fiesta, la que odiaba las fiestas por sus continuas alergias que la confinaban semanas en hospitales, la muy sensible, la muy llorona, la que imagina a mendigos con trajes y a millonarios vestidos de mendigos en un ejercicio continuo de revelar la interioridad de cada ser.
La que por años fue la gordita y luego la muy flaquita, la que no debía cantar porque sus pulmones eran débiles, la que pasaba de lejos por las peluquerías 🤭, la que reformaba la ropa porque no mostraba lo que era.
La madre de 4, que ama a sus hijos profundamente pero que a veces se abruma tanto que quiere salir corriendo 🥴🤭🤣, la 4 ojos que no ve nada sin sus lentes, la ingenua y la que tropieza con todo, la despistada.
La divorciada 2 veces, que decidió quedarse sola porque descubrió que es más feliz así,
La que ama a un Dios maravilloso que la ha salvado mil veces de una muerte segura, pero evita que la " etiqueten" en una religión, porque sabe que su verdadera enseñanza es el amor.
La que aprendió inglés para poder hablar con su mejor amigo, que al ser gay, hablaba en ese idioma para no sentirse atacado y así podían comunicarse con tranquilidad.
La que vivió un bullying continuo, por sus rarezas y por un cabello que jamás cedió ante los peinados de mamá 🤭🥴🤣.
La que se cae y se levanta abrazando sus emociones y sanando los miedos paso a paso.
La que aprendió a amarse en sus virtudes y defectos, la que le vale una arruga más o una arruga menos, la celulitis o el tamaño de sus pechos, porque lo más importante es poder seguir respirando y sonreirle a la vida.
La que si la precede un "muy" o un "debería" solo los mira , sonríe y dice " a mí no me midas"
La que es dulce y temperamental, muchas veces fuego y otras agua , pero también tierra y aire.
Mis colores y matices son muchos, unos me hacen sonreír , otros llorar.
Y 40 años después, les puedo afirmar que honrar cada uno, me hace sumamente feliz.
