Esta semana es especial por el tema escogido, ya que tengo el placer de que fue seleccionado por mi esposo Rodnell (digitalopus ) y además es tun tema que nos toca a todos en realidad, sobre todo a los que tenemos que ver con el arte y especialmente con la música, ya que a través de la ella podemos Tocar las Almas de muchas personas.
Esta canción que les interpreto esta semana se titula «Sabor a mí» es un bolero de 1959 del compositor y cantante mexicano Álvaro Carrillo. La popularizó internacionalmente, en 1964, el trío mexicano Los Panchos, con la colaboración de Eydie Gormé.
El tema fue compuesto por Álvaro Carrillo, que registró la composición el 11 de julio de 1958, y se grabó por vez primera el año siguiente.
Según el hijo del compositor, la inspiración le llegó a su padre cuando entre trago y trago de coñac besaba a su prometida, Ana María Incháustegui, quien le recriminó que con tanto beso la estaba emborrachando, a lo que él respondió: "Ahora, llevarás sabor a mí".
En 1988, se estrenó Sabor a mí, película biográfica de Álvaro Carrillo protagonizada por José José lleva el título de su más conocida composición.4 Es considerado el mayor éxito nacional e internacional de Álvaro Carrillo, cuyo repertorio de composiciones es de alrededor de 300 canciones.
