Hello Hive Open Mic community and my fellow music singers!
It's another week with a beautiful theme and I'm happy to be here once again to share my song cover for the selected theme by our spotlight artist @rukkie
I was got to see the spotlight artist entry after I had prepared my video but I felt so happy that I chose a song I know has a good connection to why she selected the theme. I really hope she gets to listen to this cover and hopefully have the original downloaded, the song is beautifully connected to the theme.

I decided to see the cover of the song titled "Just Missing You" by "Emma Heesters" for the theme of this week "Memories".
I made sure to add the lyrics of the song on the video so anyone who watches it and listen would get to know exactly what the song really says and means. I've known this song for more than two years now, I had hopes of singing it more better than I did but I guess I really can't be the original lol. Just glad that it came to mind when I saw the theme.
The song is about thinking back to the past, looking at photos, remembering things and wishing things didn't had to change. I like the part where the artist asked that another chance be given for fulfillment to those memories in the past. The song isn't a happy one so bear with the expression I tried to work on while singing hehe.
