Yes, you're right! It is an Epiphone Les Paul Custom. I actually picked this one up really cheap (second hand) and it had been neglected for years! So it was covered in dust and had a few parts broken, but has cleaned up real well and sounds amazing! I think the Les Paul customs ebony are stunning!

Ah yes! The distortion I use is a setting on my 'zoom GX4' pedal. The effect is called 'Gold Drive' and it's an overdrive. I guess it is simulating an Ibanez tube screamer but will more gain, and I have some reverb and delay too!
Yea dude, your white les paul is super nice too! I was really lucky getting this black one for about $180 USD! Usually they are double or more!
