Bougainvillea spectabilis is also known as great bougainvillea which is a species of flowering plant & native to Brazil, Peru, Bolivia & Argentina's Chubut Province.
It’s an aggressive climbing vine or shrub, which grows as a woody vine or shrub with heart-shaped leaves & thorny, pubescent stems.
The beautiful flowers are generally small, white, & inconspicuous, highlighted by several brightly cool colored modified leaves called bracts.
