As the old year gently fades into the quiet embrace of memories .. I find myself sitting on the threshold of the new year, a bittersweet tapestry of emotions woven into the fabric of my heart. The calendar may mark the passing of time, but it is the indelible imprint of moments shared that lingers. Amidst the joy and anticipation for what lies ahead, there is a tender ache for the absence of our beloved Molly, a furry angel whose paw prints forever grace the corridors of our hearts. Her absence is a poignant reminder that life's tapestry is woven with threads of both joy and sorrow. Yet, as the clock strikes midnight, I choose to embrace the dawn of the new year with gratitude. A heartfelt thank you unfurls from the depths of my soul to all my Hive Blog friends, whose virtual support has been a beacon of light during the darkest of times. To my cherished friends and family, your love is the compass guiding me into the unknown of the coming year. Here's to the promise of new beginnings, to the memories that linger, and to the unwavering love that binds us all.

I hope you and your family have an excellent new year. Even more than in the past, I think this is one of those where we are going to need to expect the unexpected as they would say on Big Brother.
Big Brother! That's one of our shows we watch, so yes expect the unexpected. Hopefully no cold showers and slop.
Haha, my wife and I watch it pretty religiously too. We weren't sure about this last season at first, but we ended up getting sucked into it as usual.
