You're welcome, John! Very good that you're getting handled earlier than not.
My Dad waited way too long and now even with the hearing aids he struggles.
Especially when he is in a group. It's not as much the volume but the lack of clarity.
His are Phonak too. I had to plug in his charger last night so I saw the name on them.
He has an app on his phone to adjust them.
